You do not have to create an account to order with Sparks Clothing, creating an account is recommended to make managing your orders and your next visit easier! Users with accounts may also potentially receive discounts and promotions thats guests may not.
We never pass on information to other companies or people, if you register with us your private information is safe and sound.
We appreciate this is easily done! If you do forget your password just use the link on the login page and enter your email address that is connected with your account. Your password will be sent to your email.
Placing an order with us is quick and easy! just click add to basket on the product you like the looks of, fill out all the relevant information thats specific to you, our quick and easy checkout will take away the hassle and speed up the process.
At the bottom of our page is a "get in touch" button, if you have a problem feel free to send us a message and our dedicated team will endeavour to help you!
All of our payments are made by card or through PayPal, you do not however need to have a paypal account to use this service, all of our customers payments are very safe and very secure!

Unfortunately once you have completed the checkout process you can no longer add an item to your order, this is due to how quickly we like to turn around your order and get it sent to you. You can however place a seperate order and with a user account you will be able to check the status of your order/orders! You can however add several items and personalised items to your basket before proceeding to checkout and pay all in one quick and simple transaction.
Normally we make this content a big deal on our homepage! If you visit the homepage you will see the current promotions and sales we have on at any given time. If you are still unsure feel free to send us a message using the "get in touch" link at the bottom of our website.
You need to enter your discount code in the box provided, this box can be found in your basket (little picture of a trolley at the top of the page) or on the checkout page! If you have any trouble finding it please get in touch, we can not unfortunately use the discount after the order has been completed.
Currently your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after receiving the order by first class Royal Mail. Orders over £35 are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Next day Delivery if ordered before 12pm will be sent to arrive the following day.
A timer can be found at the bottom of every page with the cut off for Next Day Delivery. (not including bank holidays)
When we dispatch your order you are automatically sent an email to confirm that your delivery is on its way to you.
Unfortunately this is not something we offer on our website at this time, it is however something we are looking into and hope to do in the near future. You can however order "Next Day Delivery" to ensure you're item arrives the following day.
If your order doesnt arrive please get in touch using the "get in touch" button at the bottom of our website and our dedicated team will investigate the whereabouts of your order.
Most of our orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class. We send our next days delivery orders with Royal Mail or DPD.
